SEMINAR OVERVIEW

Annual training on Regulation CC is mandatory for staff who deal with deposit items. You’ll learn how to make sure your team complies with Regulation CC to prevent regulatory violations, silly mistakes, and operational problems that could cost the credit union big money. You'll update your own compliance knowledge, plus learn how to lead regulatory compliance training for your credit union's staff, management team, and board members. Topics include:

  • Know the credit union’s rights with regard to holds
  • Understand the obligations for notices
  • Discover how to prevent costly errors
  • Ensure you understand Check 21 and its compliance obligations
  • Get training procedures to help staff deal with members

To give you a quick start on in-house training sessions, you’ll take home PowerPoints on CD, training guides, quizzes, certificates, and attendance logs. Plus, to ensure your training materials continue to meet evolving regulatory standards, you’ll receive free updates for one full year.
