CANCELLATIONS The last day for cancellations was September 12, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs. |

SHUTTLE AND AIRPORT INFORMATION Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is approximately 15-20 minutes away. Downtown Airporter service is provided by Gray Line at $11.00 one-way, and $18.00 roundtrip, leaves airport every 30 minutes and drops off across the street from W Hotel.
