ABOUT THIS EVENT

Ensure your credit union is never an easy target for scams, robberies, internal fraud, and identity theft. Learn what you can do to raise the level of protection for your credit union and your members!

Gain an in-depth look at the threats from internal fraud, robbery, scams, identity theft, and online fraud. Work on a nuts-and-bolts checklist for establishing and updating your credit union's security plan with this credit union security training.

Get your questions answered:

  • What are the most important items to include in my credit union's security plan?
  • How can I reduce the potential for workplace violence?
  • How should the credit union respond when a member becomes a victim of identity theft?
  • How can I best prepare credit union staff for the possibility of robbery?
  • What can I do to reduce the credit union's online risks?
  • What are the regulations and NCUA requirements for security operations?
  • What should I cover in an identity theft education program for members?
