Robbery Simulation and Debriefing (Two types of robberies will be simulated.)

Emotional Response: Post Robbery Trauma Team

• Take steps to reduce fear or guilt in your staff after a robbery has taken place
• Understand the importance of trauma education and victim assistance after a robbery
• Learn techniques for providing emotional and peer support
