George M. Towle is partner in The Rochdale Group, a management consulting and project-development firm serving the nation's largest credit unions. Before his duties with The Rochdale Group, George co-founded The ProCon Group, Ltd., a consulting firm for credit unions, leagues, and other credit union organizations. In his capacity as co-founder and partner, George was responsible for the creation and implementation of executive programming in the areas of strategic planning, leadership, and organization development.
