Optional tours include: Coastal Movie Tour (Participants & Registered Guests) Sunday, September 27, 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. $75 per person (includes lunch) National Botanical Garden Tour (Registered Guests) Tuesday, September 29, 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. $80 per person (includes lunch) Space is limited for both tours. Reserve your seat soon. No refunds for tours.
CANCELLATIONS The last day for cancellations was September 20, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.

SHUTTLE AND AIRPORT INFORMATION Attendees fly into Lihue Airport on the island of Kauai. Taxi is $45-50 one way. Shuttles can be arranged in advance, call or e-mail (conciergekauai@hyatt.com) the hotel concierge to set this up. Prices will vary based on the number of people and shared vs. exclusive transport.
