ABOUT THIS EVENT Pre-Conference Workshop Registration: 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Make strategic planning an event that is meaningful and productive. Does your strategic planning process look pretty much the same, year after year? Has it become a routine that's indistinguishable from previous efforts? Then maybe you're not really planning, but just going through the motions. Strategic planning gets at the very heart of your credit union to establish what goals you have and how to get to them. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs. |

SHUTTLE AND AIRPORT INFORMATION Attendees fly into Lihue Airport on the island of Kauai. Taxi is $45-50 one way. Shuttles can be arranged in advance, call or e-mail (conciergekauai@hyatt.com) the hotel concierge to set this up. Prices will vary based on the number of people and shared vs. exclusive transport.
