"I highly recommend this certification program to all volunteers... being "certified" sends a strong message to the CU management and members that their volunteers take their responsibilities seriously. Although the topics are usually covered in training conferences, the 1 to 2 hour sessions are usually not long enough to really give in-depth and complete training that is required to stay proficient.
