  John Donovan

John is currently the chief operating officer for Lending Club, where he is also on the board of directors. Lending Club is a peer-to-peer lender that launched in May of 2007 using Facebook as a platform to attract and serve the 18-to-30 demographic. John spent most of his professional career with MasterCard International. He has held multiple vice president positions at MasterCard including managing product development for the MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro and Cirrus brands, and developing the MasterCard Global Services customer service infrastructure. Previously, John was chief operating officer at E4X, Inc., and has worked for JP Morgan Chase.


  Christopher Morris

Christopher is currently the web manager for the CUNA Councils, a national organization for credit union professionals. He is responsible for all seven council Web sites and communication tools, including the implementation of new social networking features. Previously, Christopher was manager of communications & information for the National Credit Union Foundation. His primary duties included public relations and marketing, as well as managing the Foundation's Web sites. Christopher also built cuaid.coop, the first national online disaster relief fundraising system for credit unions.

Christopher is a blogger for the 2007 YES Summit CU Blog: Serving 18-to-30s.


  Lois Kitsch

Lois is currently the national program manager for REAL Solutions with the National Credit Union Foundation. In her prior role as the director of field projects with the Filene Research Institute, Lois piloted the REAL Solutions program in three leagues which implemented and tested new business models designed to serve new target markets, including young adults, immigrants, and modest income households. Earlier in her career, Lois managed credit union development projects throughout Europe and Asia for the World Council of Credit Unions, and has actively promoted credit union development in almost 40 countries.


  Justin Ho

Justin currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the USC Credit Union. His purpose on the board is to represent the voice of Gen-Y in each and every initiative the credit union takes. Justin has helped develop reward programs and web channels that allow the USC Credit Union to compete with other financial institutions. Justin is currently working as a consultant with Glatt Consulting, LLC on assisting credit unions develop "next generation" membership outreach and growth strategy.


  Paul Sidhu

Paul Sidhu is the manager of electronic commerce for The Golden 1 Credit Union, located in Sacramento, California. Paul has been with Golden 1 for the past eight years and has been instrumental in enhancing the credit union's electronic commerce channel. He manages large scale projects and new implementations, as well as monitoring the online banking channel. Additionally, Paul is responsible for trouble shooting new and existing online solutions.


  Bill Humbert

Bill Humbert began recruiting in 1981 in the Washington, DC market. In 1990, he started The Humbert Group LLC (RecruiterGuy.com). The business model of RecruiterGuy.com is to recruit and consult with one company at a time and charge a flat monthly fee. Since 2002, Bill has only worked with three companies and has cycled among them. He is on his fourth contract with Life Investors Insurance Company of America (an AEGON member company). Bill is currently the vp/president elect of the Iowa Senior Human Resource Association and is in the process of writing a book on corporate recruitment.
