What's Your Story?
Help us share today’s compelling credit union stories.

what's your story Do you have an inspirational story about how a credit union member’s life has been affected by your credit union? Or, how a member has changed your credit union? We’d like you to share your story!

At last year’s CUNA Future Forum, many attendees were moved to tears by the stories told by David Landis as he portrayed U.S. Senator George Norris, the famous Senator who was instrumental in the signing of the Federal CU Act of 1934.

“So today and tomorrow, as long as you’re a credit union person, tell your good news stories to anyone who will listen: friends, family coworkers, community leaders, reporters—and especially lawmakers. The future of our grassroots movement depends on it.”
Daniel A. Mica, President and CEO, CUNA

Today, 70 years later, there are plenty of stories about credit unions that still need to be told. Every day, your credit union goes above and beyond the call in delivering financial services to members. And every day, your members are being encouraged and motivated to fulfill their dreams.

Now, we’d like to hear your special story. The most interesting, inspiring, or even funny credit union stories will be featured at the 2004 Future Forum this October in Hawaii.

Choose the best way to tell your story – you can write it, e-mail it, or even videotape it. We just want you to share it! Please send your story by May 15, 2004 to:
