CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund requests received before October 1, 2004 must be in writing (or faxed to (608)231-4327) and are subject to a $200 service charge. Simply fax in an updated registration form, listing the new participant and whom they will be replacing. No refunds will be granted if your cancellation is received after October 1, 2004. Substitutions are accepted anytime before the program starts.
