As credit union business, and the financial industry as a whole, becomes more complex, the role of policies increases in importance. However, the line between directors’ and managers’ responsibilities in policy making has become blurred. This course will help define these responsibilities and explain how policies benefit the board, management, employees and members. Note: you may find it helpful to complete Planning (V102) prior to this course.
