The single most important duty you have as a credit union director is participation in the credit union’s planning process. This course will introduce you to the basics of planning, including the background you need to begin the planning process. You will be able to define planning, understand the planning process, prepare for and conduct a planning session. More advanced information about the planning process can be found in Strategic Planning (V404).
