This course deals with a necessary side of loan granting - collection procedures for delinquent loans. Collections describes the classification of past-due accounts, collection techniques, special delinquency problems, Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, bankruptcy overview, and amendments to bankruptcy laws.
