"The timing of this product was perfect - we have an in-house credit counselor and work with a financial counseling service. When our in-house counselor went out on Family Medical Leave, we thought about depending solely on our service provider, but realized having the face-to-face counseling is what helped us stand out from the crowd. I started looking for credit counseling certification, but knew I wouldn't be able to get out of the office. I saw FICEP and it was perfect for me. Our community development representative is also studying and taking the tests, so we have multiple people who can do face-to-face counseling as needed. I haven't completed the modules yet, but that is the beauty of self-study - I can do it on my own time and take the test when I am ready."
