Prepare Your Computer

The host requests that you check for compatibility of rich media players for Universal Communications Format (UCF) before you join the session. UCF allows you to view multimedia during the session. To check now - click here.

Computer requirements for the CPDOnline web cast using Webex include:

• Internet connection=56K kbps connection or better (AOL users: AOL5.0 and above only)
• Netscape 4.x or Internet Explorer 4.x and above
• For teleconference participants, a separate telephone line is required (in addition to the line used to dial up to ISP, if applicable)

Attendee instructions for the day of the Webcast

2. Locate the event on the list (CPDOnline)
3. Click the “Join” button for this event. (Please note that your event will not be available until 60 minutes prior to the session start time.)
   1. If prompted, enter the enrollment ID: This event does not require an enrollment ID
4. If prompted, enter the password: BlueSky09 (case sensitive)
